Join Agila Metals as an Operations & Project Executive and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and project success. We are seeking a proactive, highly reliable, and resourceful professional to work directly alongside our management team. This role is based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, and offers a competitive salary of PHP 45000 - 60000 per bulan.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve productivity, and achieve organizational goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from inception to completion.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and achieve organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the management team.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects and operations.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
