📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock levels, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the warehouse environment.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse administration and logistics management.
• Proven experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in Warehouse Operations (CWOM) or similar is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
