📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person visits
• Provide technical support for healthcare equipment, including troubleshooting and maintenance guidance
• Assist in the installation and setup of medical devices
• Coordinate with sales and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery and service
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Proficient in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of healthcare equipment and medical terminology is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred but not mandatory
• Must be willing to travel to various locations within Pontianak and Kalimantan Barat
