🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Governance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in governance and public administration.
• Certifications in governance frameworks such as COBIT or ITIL.
• Proven track record in leading governance transformation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with SAP, Tableau, and Power BI is a plus.
