📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Configure, customize, and maintain the NetSuite environment to align with business requirements.
• Implement and manage workflows, approvals, and business processes within NetSuite.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by setting up validation rules, data entry controls, and data migration processes.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NetSuite with other business systems and tools.
• Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite functionalities and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
• Stay updated with the latest NetSuite features and industry best practices to continuously improve our ERP systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator, preferably in a similar industry.
• Certification in NetSuite (SuiteAnalytics, SuiteCommerce Advanced, or SuiteCloud Platform) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using NetSuite, including SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, and SuiteAnalytics.
