In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, conducting performance appraisals, and creating a learning and development plan for employees. You will also be involved in designing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Create and implement a learning and development plan for employees.
• Design and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure the effective implementation of HR strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and development initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HR and employee development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR development or a similar role.
• Certification in HR development or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
