• Directly book guests for our exclusive villa portfolio using our advanced booking system and OTA platforms.
• Engage with potential guests through email, phone, and social media, providing personalized service and ensuring their stay is exceptional.
• Manage and follow up on inquiries, confirming reservations and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our villas and attract potential guests.
• Monitor booking trends and sales performance, providing regular reports to the sales manager.
• Ensure all bookings are accurately recorded and managed in our system.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase direct bookings.
• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from inquiry to checkout.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
