📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage Oracle ERP projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines and project goals.
• Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis to define project scope and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and vendors, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Provide regular status reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting project progress and key achievements.
• Stay updated with Oracle ERP best practices and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on ERP implementations.
• Certified in Oracle ERP applications or relevant certifications, such as Oracle ERP Technical Consultant or Oracle ERP Functional Consultant.
• Proficient in using project management tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Oracle ERP modules, including Financials, Supply Chain, and Human Capital Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a must.
