📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the coating production process from start to finish.
  • Ensure that all production standards and quality control measures are met.
  • Maintain and calibrate production equipment.
  • Monitor production output and quality, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the production line.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
  • Train and supervise production staff.
  • Report on production progress and quality issues to management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or technical role, preferably in the coating industry.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and quality control measures.
  • Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
