📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the procurement and inventory management processes to ensure optimal material flow.
• Monitor and control inventory levels using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce material costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of inventory to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and analyze reports on inventory turnover, stock levels, and procurement performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to material control.
• Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in material control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in material control or procurement management.
• Proven experience in managing inventory and procurement processes using ERP systems like SAP.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar quality management systems is a plus.
