📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
• Use specialized tools and equipment, such as hydraulic jacks, wrenches, and power tools, to complete tasks efficiently.
• Collaborate with property managers and other team members to ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance issues.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of maintenance plans and strategies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Familiarity with maintenance software and tools, such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and hydraulic equipment.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices for maintenance and repair.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
