📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of innovation initiatives in collaboration with startups, government agencies, universities, and industry players.
• Foster a culture of innovation by organizing workshops, hackathons, and networking events.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to drive ecosystem growth.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of innovation programs using data analytics tools.
• Advocate for the adoption of best practices in innovation management and policy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of innovation projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
• Represent TechNusantara Innovations at industry conferences and events to showcase our commitment to innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in innovation management, ecosystem development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading and managing innovation projects.
• Strong understanding of the local and regional innovation landscape in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Monday.com.
• Certification in innovation management or a related field is a plus.
