📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the import and export processes for laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customs brokers, and shipping agents to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and order new supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Negotiate with suppliers and shipping companies to secure favorable rates and terms.
• Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Assist in the preparation of shipping schedules and track the status of shipments.
• Provide support to the sales team by ensuring that orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import and export operations, preferably in the laboratory equipment or environmental sector.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
