📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute creative design strategies that align with brand goals and business objectives
• Lead a team of designers, overseeing their work and providing mentorship and guidance
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure design solutions are feasible and effective
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging design technologies, integrating new tools and techniques into our workflow
• Create and maintain design guidelines and best practices for our team
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and clients, communicating the creative vision and its impact
• Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
• Evaluate and optimize design performance, using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in creative design, with a proven track record of leading design teams
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Procreate
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail
• Experience working remotely or in a hybrid model is a plus
