As an Assistant Laundry Manager, you'll oversee daily laundry operations, ensuring that all linens, towels, and other textiles are cleaned, pressed, and distributed efficiently. You'll work closely with the Laundry Supervisor to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily laundry operations, ensuring all linens, towels, and textiles are cleaned, pressed, and distributed efficiently.
• Manage a team of laundry staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Implement and maintain laundry procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with the Laundry Supervisor to address any issues or concerns related to laundry operations.
• Ensure that laundry equipment is maintained and serviced according to manufacturer's specifications.
• Participate in safety inspections and ensure that all staff adhere to safety protocols.
• Ensure that laundry operations are conducted in a cost-effective manner, while maintaining high standards of quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in laundry management or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing laundry operations in a hospitality or cruise environment.
• Knowledge of laundry equipment and processes, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
