📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for new and existing employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training needs are met.,Provide ongoing support and mentoring to employees during and after training sessions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
