📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical information,Develop user manuals, guides, and other reference materials,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Work with graphic designers to create visual aids and diagrams,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide training and support to customers and employees on the use of our products and services,Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical documentation processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Understanding of technical concepts and processes
