📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service quality.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.,Manage and mentor a team of hospitality professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.,Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Represent the resort at industry events and conferences to build relationships and network with key stakeholders.,Drive innovation and technology adoption in the hospitality sector to stay ahead of the competition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing resort operations and driving guest satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and technology in the hospitality sector.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
