XCEL Mandiri is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Training Officer to join our team in Gunung Kidul. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others learn and grow.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop customized programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional development goals.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including conducting interviews and assessing candidates' skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate records of training programs, participant attendance, and program evaluations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
