📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges,Prepare and present operational reports to management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Proven track record of achieving operational goals and objectives
