📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Develop and implement financial processes and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data.,Monitor and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.,Provide financial support to the management team for strategic decision-making.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance operations, with the last 3 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
