📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.,Monitor and review financial transactions and operations to identify and mitigate risks.,Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.,Provide guidance and support to the team on compliance-related matters.,Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations, and ensure that the company's compliance programs are revised accordingly.,Collaborate with legal and other departments to ensure that the company's operations are in line with all applicable laws and regulations.,Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and the board of directors.,Ensure that all employees are aware of and comply with the company's compliance policies and procedures.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the financial services industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial laws and regulations, including but not limited to, OJK (Financial Services Authority) guidelines.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of financial reporting and internal controls is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
