📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and prepare accurate tax returns.,Provide strategic financial advice to support business growth and decision-making.,Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support business planning.,Manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax, with at least 3 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting standards and practices.
