📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls and emails.,Check in guests and provide information about the company and its services.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing visitor logs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in organizing and managing office events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is required, English is a plus.,Good organizational and multitasking skills.
