📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business performance,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs),Ensure the smooth flow of inventory and supply chain management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Proficient in using operational software and tools,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
