📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including medical and nursing assessments, treatments, and therapies.,Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.,Assist in the administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.,Document patient care activities accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.,Assist in the maintenance of the nursing unit, including cleaning and organizing supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred.
