CIRCUIT Mandiri is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Training Officer to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs that align with our company's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring that the content is engaging, informative, and relevant.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide guidance and support to junior training officers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on corporate training.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and evaluation techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
