📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, setting goals and ensuring their success.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with company needs.,Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, headhunters, and industry networks.,Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform recruitment strategies.,Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.,Monitor and report on key metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successful hires.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends in Bojonegoro, Jawa Timur.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations is a plus.
