📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.,Inspect equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.,Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Order and manage maintenance supplies and inventory.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of equipment and facilities.,Provide technical support and training to other staff members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.,Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the industrial sector.,Experience with maintenance management software and tools is a plus.
