📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, training, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee performance and engagement.,Manage the employee benefits program and ensure its effectiveness.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Represent the company in HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
