📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing.,Monitor cash handling procedures to prevent losses and ensure compliance with company policies.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Train and develop cashier staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and report on cashier performance and sales metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a retail or service environment.,Proven experience in managing and supervising a team of cashiers.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
