📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations of the bakery, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely and quality product delivery.,Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement to maintain optimal stock.,Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet standards.,Manage and train junior staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the bakery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
