📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs for employees,Create training materials and resources to support learning initiatives,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training data to identify areas for improvement,Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees,Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to ensure training programs are aligned with business goals,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,1-3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
