Village Central Mandiri is seeking a dedicated and responsible Security Guard to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and assets. The ideal candidate will be able to work both on-site and remotely, providing a flexible and secure environment for our employees and visitors. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent and detect any security threats or breaches.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of the premises to ensure compliance with security protocols.,Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, and coordinate with relevant authorities as necessary.,Maintain and operate security equipment, such as CCTV cameras and access control systems.,Enforce security policies and procedures, and educate employees and visitors on security best practices.,Prepare and maintain accurate security reports and logs.,Work collaboratively with other security personnel and relevant departments to ensure the overall security of the premises.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 2 years of experience as a Security Guard or in a related field.,Good physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of security equipment and procedures.,Valid security guard certification or license (preferred but not required).,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
