Den Hub Berjaya is seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our team in Mempawah. This role is crucial in supporting our HR operations and ensuring a positive work environment for our employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for various HR tasks including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with company policies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.,Coordinate HR-related administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.
