PT Sejahtera Ratu is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about logistics and has a keen eye for detail.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies.,Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring safety and efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to the fleet.,Generate and maintain reports on fleet performance and usage.,Ensure all vehicles are properly documented and inspected.,Participate in safety training and ensure all drivers adhere to safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian.
