📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payment of bills and salaries.,Analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Manage the company's accounting and bookkeeping functions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficient in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards is a plus.
