📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.,Maintain and update the company's inventory system.,Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with procurement policies.,Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices.,Support the Purchasing Manager in developing and implementing procurement strategies.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits.,Assist in the development and maintenance of supplier relationships.,Provide support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.
