📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading and managing field sales teams to achieve sales targets.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans.,Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities and performance.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays, as required.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
