📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.,Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.,Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.,Collaborate with other department heads and senior management to ensure that departmental goals are aligned with overall company objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new knowledge and innovations into departmental operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, management, or a related discipline.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of industry best practices and trends, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive departmental success.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and personnel effectively.,Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge to support team members.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
