📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and sales activities.,Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.,Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to key stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business development initiatives.,Manage and track business development metrics and KPIs to measure performance and success.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant business development tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
