📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints and inquiries.,Monitor branch performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
