FLUX Group is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and approachable demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to create memorable dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages during banquet events.,Ensure that the banquet area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.,Greet guests and provide excellent customer service.,Work closely with the event coordinator to ensure all event requirements are met.,Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.,Follow all health and safety regulations.,Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies.,Provide feedback on guest satisfaction and event experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service procedures.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
