📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the company's payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Prepare and review financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Handle bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.,Provide training and support to junior staff in accounting tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
