📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the management of daily operations, ensuring that all processes are running efficiently.
• Support the operations manager in implementing and maintaining operational procedures.
• Use SAP and Microsoft Office to manage and track operational data.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the operations or administrative support field.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
